Returns
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges for used products. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, products can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if unused or damaged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
*Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Note:Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
